Midas

I showed up first thing one morning with my 22wrx. I needed 4 tires x2 pads plus rotors and an oil change. All of them had helped in some capacity but Riley mostly worked with me, gave me professional advice and had me in and out and for a screaming deal for what I had done. Not to mention I called the shop back with questions a few times and even showed back up to confirm something. These guys were always so quick to give advice and help me out with whatever I needed 10/10 would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Midas for all my car needs for the past five years. Every time, without fail, I am met with kindness and expertise by their mechanics. They are quick and trustworthy and I recommend their services to anyone with a car!

Our F150 coolant hose broke while we were traveling. Needed a tow to a repair shop on a Saturday. Rilee made sure we were well cared for & quickly ordered to hose assembly & special coolant our truck needed. He kept us informed and finished fast. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and Rilee's expertise. He's a great guy & skilled in repairing vehicles efficiently. Five Stars for this Midas at 347 Elmira! Thank You Rilee!!!

I had a great experience at Midas. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and the service was quick. My car was fixed the same day and the price was fair. I would definitely come back for future maintenance.

On the most recent visit they overlooked the fact that it had an expired inspection sticker, leading me to get a ticket. I’d like to stress, this is not the reason for my one star review. Mistakes happen. Lord knows I’ve screwed plenty of stuff up over the years as a small business owner myself. I’d never leave a bad review for a mistake that got fixed—I’m more likely to e-mail management and praise whatever employee took care of me when that happens. No, the reason I’m leaving a one star review and taking my business elsewhere is what happened when I called to ask how this had happened. My intentions in calling were modest. I mostly wanted an apology and maybe a small credit towards my next service—not even the cost of the ticket, just something. Instead I was told by whoever answered the phone that they simply did not look at inspection stickers when working on cars, and that this was entirely my fault for not specifically asking for an inspection when I brought it in. (Despite the fact that, when I bring it in, I always expressly ask them to look and see if there’s anything else it needs) They the
